FRISCO, Texas (ADAMS) – The Dallas Cowboys are reportedly moving on from linebacker Jaylon Smith.
According to ESPN, the Cowboys are releasing the linebacker.
Dallas still owes Smith $7.2 million dollars. Smith’s upcoming injury guarantees in his contract reportedly played a factor in his release.
He signed a five-year, $64 million dollar extension with the team in 2019.
