BERNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Authorities in Adams County say it looks like a toddler drowned in a hole after wandering away earlier this week.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office says a toddler was found inside a hole that was filled with water on Wednesday. The child drowned.
It happened in Berne, which is in rural Adams County. No one is saying just how long the toddler was missing before they were found inside the hole.
