FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – You can get a look at some of the historical real estate in the Summit City. ARCH In.c says it will offer a new tour this summer of the Northside area.
ARCH released the following:

One of the homes featured on this year’s home tour is a completely renovated Queen Anne, 1115 Lake Ave. The building has a T-Plan layout, with a partial front porch. The house won an Archie Award in 2021. It was built around 1895, and over time went from a single-family structure to a multi-family structure but now has been restored to a single-family home.
