INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Flags in Indiana are at half-staff today in honor and remembrance of Indiana State Police Trooper Aaron Smith.
Smith was killed in the line of duty last week when he was pursuing a stolen vehicle in Indianapolis. His funeral is today.
Governor Holcomb ordered the flags lowered.
