Keystone Cooperative Brings Farmers Together for Second Annual Co-op Classic
Keystone Cooperative is bringing its Co-op Classic back for a second year, with farmers gathering today at the cooperative’s Scircleville location near Frankfort.
The 2026 event is designed to give producers practical information they can use as they prepare for harvest and begin planning for the 2027 crop.
“We want to just make sure that we’re putting this on in a way that our customers will get to see a broad spectrum of all of the vendors that they work with throughout the year. We’re bringing them together here in one place so that our members can have that opportunity to visit with them, see the new products and services that we’re going to be offering. We’re rolling out some new technology that’s going to have a great impact for our members. This is just the launch of 2027 crop.” Said incoming President and CEO of Keystone Cooperative, Scott Logue.
He says the day featured discussions on the farm economy, input supply and procurement, risk management, artificial intelligence, succession planning and other issues facing today’s farmers.
“Farmers are busy. We’re all busy. Our vendors are busy. And obviously everyone’s trying to do a lot in a short period of time. And it’s so important that we have this opportunity that get to see everyone today. They don’t have to look people up and track down people. We don’t have to make those connections on the fly. They get to just see them here at this event.” He said.
More than 80 agricultural partners and vendors are also expected, giving producers an opportunity to talk directly with companies and industry experts in one location.
