CARROLL CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – A new center will soon be used to investigate the 2017 deaths of Abby Williams and Libby German.
The Carroll County Sheriff says the investigation center for the Delphi murders is moving to North Nine Street.
The two-year lease of the building is priced at $7,200 per year.
The space will be used for interviews, meetings, and following up on leads when investigators move in by the end of the month.
