INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A new executive order from Governor Braun aims to include BMV customer service. The order creates a five-year plan for digital and technological advancements at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Under the plan, the Secretary of Transportation and Infrastructure will be developing the strategy for the improvements.
This comes as the BMV still uses a system implemented in 2004.
