DELPHI, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Attorney General’s Office is arguing that Richard Allen’s convictions in the Delphi murders should stand. Allen was convicted in 2024 for the 2017 deaths of Abby Williams and Libby German.
His lawyers are appealing to the Indiana Supreme Court over conflicts they had with the special judge who oversaw the case. Now that the state has filed its response to the appeal, Allen’s appeal attorneys have time to reply.
