ALLEN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says that traffic patterns are to return to normal at I-469 and Maplecrest Road.
On Tuesday, September 22, crews shifted eastbound I-469 traffic into its normal configuration during the overnight hours.
On Wednesday, September 23, westbound I-469 traffic will return to its normal configuration on I-469 overnight. The on-ramp from northbound Maplecrest Road to westbound I-469 will also reopen at this time. Once open, traffic will no longer be permitted to turn left at the temporary signal to head west on I-469. Should weather prevent these changes, crews plan to work overnight on Thursday, September 24.
INDOT urges traffic to use extra caution in the area while traffic readjusts to the normal traffic pattern.
